Termination
Four weeks notice is required should a child be removed from the nursery. If it is not possible to give notice of the termination, then four weeks times the number of sessions per week becomes payable.
We often photograph children’s activities at nursery; photo’s are used to display for parents on notice boards, OFSTED inspections, and are occasionally published on our publicity material. If you do not want your child photographed place an X  here _______
