At this, the enquiry stage, requests for the same or similar dates can sometimes come in minutes apart, so if you want to be sure of a confirmation, please respond quickly.

If you would like to make a firm booking, this is what you need to do now….
1^st. Please make sure you fully understand the accommodation being offered and feel it will be suitable. If there are any questions you may want to ask please get in touch.

 2^nd. Go to our contact Page  and phone us straight away to confirm that your dates are available and we will put a temporary hold on them for you. Once we have a hold on your dates you need to go to our website above and click on the booking form link. Complete the form and print two copies out. Keep one copy for your reference then post the booking form and 50% of rental deposit to us. This should be done quickly while dates are on hold. When the deposit and booking form are received the confirmation and receipt will be sent to you. The remaining 50% balance will be due 6 weeks before your departure date.

 Keys will be sent out to you two weeks before you leave, or provided by the car hire firm if we have booked your vehicle for you.

If you would like us to book your car hire you will be met at Malaga Airport, as you come out of the baggage reclaim area inside the building. You will see your name on a board being held by the car hire representative and you will pay him for the car hire. This service is a courtesy to our rental clients. You will pick up the keys to the apartment along with the car keys from him. (Car hire rates are shown on our website above) Please note we will need all flight details, times, flight No’s. and airport you are leaving from and returning to and airline name on the booking form.

 If you do make a booking with us, do NOT include any car hire money, you settle this in Malaga with Val’s Rentacar directly.
