Terms and Conditions of Booking:
|
||
|

||
|
1) 50% of the total
cost is to be enclosed with the booking form, unless day of arrival is
less than 6 weeks of booking, when in such cases full payment must be
enclosed. Balances MUST be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your
arrival in Spain.
2) Bookings are accepted on the basis of a maximum of 4 / 6 persons only & NO PETS. 3) All deposits/balances paid are non-refundable in any event. 4) The Apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. New arrivals will be given access from 4pm. 5) Car hire is arranged through our agents in Spain. Our agent will meet you at Malaga airport to deliver your car, where you will also be required to pay any monies due and to produce your driving license for inspection. Our agent will advise you on returning your vehicle during collection. Cars advertised are as a guide and may be changed for a car of similar size and specification. We cannot be held responsible for their agents non-fulfilment of booking arrangements. Our agent when collecting your car will give you the apartment keys and travel map. Please return the apartment keys to our agents upon return of your vehicle. 5a) If no car hire is booked apartment keys and a travel map will be posted to your home address. 6) As with all hire agreements a refundable key, damage and excess cleaning deposit is required. This fee is £100.00. If breakages, excess cleaning, missing items are found at the end of your stay, we will provide you with a written statement of indemnity. This figure will be deducted from your hire deposit you have placed with us. Any payments charged to your credit card will carry a 15% surcharge. Apartment keys are required to be returned within 7 days of your arrival home. 7) We reserves the right to alter prices at their discretion at any time prior to acceptance of those payments. 8) We strongly recommend you to take out holiday insurance to protect your holiday arrangements. An E111 form can be obtained free from the post office, for any medical treatment you many need whilst in Spain. |
